DISCLAIMER FOR APPLE BATTERIES: 

Apple batteries for iPhone X and above must be “paired” to the phone using official apple software otherwise the phone will show a message stating that the part used is not original/genuine. 

The batteries we supply are genuine Apple products, they have electronics inside the batteries which need to be paired with your phone via official Apple software for it to show the correct battery percentage and not display that the part used is not original.

There is currently no 3rd party solution to solve this issue. So despite the battery being original unless you have the apple equipment to write the info to the battery the phone will display a message and may not show the correct info.
